The Biographical Dictionary of Georgian Athletes covers Georgians and citizens of Georgia who played an important role in the history of Georgian sport and won at least one prize in any sport competition. The Biographical Dictionary contains winners of Georgian and International competitions, including Soviet Games and Spartakiads.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of all Georgian athletes.

Biography

დაიბადა ნოვი ჟიტომირში, დნეპროპეტროვსკის ოლქი (უკრაინა) ძალოსანი. (60 კგ). 1938 წლიდან ცხოვრობდა საქართველოში. მსოფლიოსა (1946) და ევროპის (1947) ჩემპიონატების მესამე პრიზიორი, სსრკ ხუთგზის ჩემპიონი (1936, 37, 43, 44, 46), ხუთგზის მეორე (1938, 39, 40, 47, 48) და მესამე პრიზიორი (1950). დამყარებული აქვს სსრკ 24 რეკორდი. სსრკ სპორტის დამსახურებული ოსტატი, საერთაშორისო კატეგორიის მსაჯი. გარდაიცვალა 1988 წელს ვოლგოგრადში (რუსეთი).
