The Biographical Dictionary of Georgian Athletes covers Georgians and citizens of Georgia who played an important role in the history of Georgian sport and won at least one prize in any sport competition. The Biographical Dictionary contains winners of Georgian and International competitions, including Soviet Games and Spartakiads.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of all Georgian athletes.

დაიბადა თბილისში. მოჭადრაკე. საერთაშორისო დიდოსტატი (1979). საქართველოს ორგზის ჩემპიონი (1976, 92). სსრკ ჩემპიონატების მეორე (1980) და მესამე პრიზიორი (1985). მსოფლიოს ჩემპიონატების ციკლის მონაწილე (1978-81, 88-90). მსოფლიოს საჭადრაკო ოლიმპიადების სამგზის ჩემპიონი (1992-96) და მეორე პრიზიორი (2000). საქართველოს ჭადრაკის ფედერაცის პრეზიდენტი (2002-04). ვახტანგ გორგასლის III ხარისხის ორდენის კავალერი.
