The Biographical Dictionary of Georgian Athletes covers Georgians and citizens of Georgia who played an important role in the history of Georgian sport and won at least one prize in any sport competition. The Biographical Dictionary contains winners of Georgian and International competitions, including Soviet Games and Spartakiads.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of all Georgian athletes.

Biography

დაიბადა სოფელ კოდაში (თეთრი წყარო). თავისუფალი ჭიდაობის მწვრთნელი. საქართველოს ახალგაზრდული (1970-77) და პირველი (1978) ნაკრებების უფროსი მწვრთნელი, სსრკ ნაკრების მწვრთნელი საქართველოში (1979-81). მისი აღზრდილები არიან: ზაზა თურმანიძე, დავით გიგაური, ალექსი მოდებაძე, ზვიად სისაური და რევაზ მინდორაშვილი. სსრკ დამსახურებული მწვრთნელი, ღირსების ორდენის კავალერი.
