The Biographical Dictionary of Georgian Athletes covers Georgians and citizens of Georgia who played an important role in the history of Georgian sport and won at least one prize in any sport competition. The Biographical Dictionary contains winners of Georgian and International competitions, including Soviet Games and Spartakiads.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of all Georgian athletes.

Biography

დაიბადა თბილისში. სასტენდო და ტყვიის სროლა. სპორტული კარიერა დაიწყო თბილისის "დინამოში" და 1978 წლიდან განაგრძო მოსკოვის "დინამოში". არის 5 ოლიმპიადის მონაწილე. 1996 წლის ატლანტის ოლიმპიური თამაშების ჩემპიონი მცირეკალიბრიანი პისტოლეტიდან, 50მ სროლაში.

მსოფლიოს ხუთგზის ჩემპიონი (1985, 1987, 1990, 1991) და ბრინჯაოს პრიზიორი (1990);

ევროპის თექვსმეტგზის ჩემპიონი (1984-1997);

სსრკ თორმეტგზის და რუსეთის თექვსმეტგზის ჩემპიონი;
