The dictionary is supported by the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი 1970 წელს.

საქართველოს მეცნიერებათა აკადემიის კ. კეკელიძის სახელობის ხელნაწერთა ინსტიტუტის წამყვანი მეცნიერ თანამშრომელი.ეწევა სამეცნიერო მუშაობას. ფილოლოგიის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი.

სადისერტაციო თემა– "მოთხრობანი იუდაებრივისა ძუელსი ტყუაობისანი" ქართული თარგმანი, დაიცვა 1989 წელს.
