აღმოსავლეთ საქართველოს კათალიკოს–პატრიარქი ლუარსაბ I მეფობის პერიოდში(1527–1556). შესახებ ცნობები დაცული აქვთ ისტორიკოსებს ვახუშტი ბატონიშვილს(XVIII საუკუნე) და ბერ ეგნატაშვილს(XVIII საუკუნე).
