დაბადების ადგილი: ქ. ვანი.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის იურიდიული ფაკულტეტი 1971 წელს.

1982-1984წწ. იყო პირველი მაისის რაიონის სასამრთლოს თავმჯდომარე; 1984 წლიდან უზენაესი სასამართლოს თავმჯდომარე. არის 12 სამეცნიერო ნაშრომის ავტორი.

საკანდიდატო დისერტაციის თემა - "არასრულწლოვანთა დამნაშავეობა საქართველოში", დაიცვა 1981 წელს.
