The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

1871-1881წწ. იყო იმპერატორ ალექსანდრე II-ის კარის პაჟი; 1914-1917წწ. განსაკუთრებულ დავალებათა გენერალი კავკასიის მეფისნაცვალთან; სხვადასხვა დროს მსახურობდა 45–ე დრაგუნთა პოლკში, კავკასიის სამხრეთ ოლქის შტაბში; რუსეთის არმიის გენერალ–მაიორი (1917).
