The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო პოლიტექნიკური ინსტიტუტის სატრანსპორტო ფაკულტეტი 1972 წელს; 1977 წელს მცხეთის სემინარია.

1976 წელს დიაკვნად აკურთხეს, 1977 წელს მღვდლად, 1983 წელს ჭყონდიდელი ეპისკოპოსად; 1984 წლიდან წილკნელი ეპისკოპოსია; 1996 წელს ებოძა მთავარეპისკოპოსობა; 2009 წელს მიტროპოლიტობა; 1984-1989წწ. მცხეთის სასულიერო სემინარიის რექტორი; 1984-1994წწ. საგამომცემლო დეპარტამენტის თავმჯდომარე.
