The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის იურიდიული ფაკულტეტი 1987 წელს.

1987-1988წწ. იყო სოცუზრუნველყოფის სამინისტროს ინსპექტორი; 1988-1991წწ. გაერთიანება "მეორშავლითის" იურის-კონსულტი; 1992-1995წწ. "კავკასიის ბირჟის" იურისტი; 1995-1998წწ. ახალგორის რაიონის ადმინისტრაციული მოსამართლე; 1998 წლიდან ვაკე-საბურთალოს რაიონული სასამართლოს მოსამართლე.
