დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის იურიდიული დაკულტეტი 1970 წელს.

1970-1977წწ. იყო რესპუბლიკის პროკურატურის პროკურორი; 1977-1991წწ. თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლოს წევრი; 1991 წლიდან უზენაესი სასამართლოს მოსამართლე.
