დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო პოლიტექნიკური ინსტიტუტის გეოდეზიის ფაკულტეტი 1991 წელს და სარეჟისორო ფაკულტეტი.

1988 წლიდან საინფორმაციო სააგენტო "იბერიას" თავმჯდომარე; 1995 წლიდან ტელეკომპანია "იბერიას" პრეზიდენტი.
