The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

XIX საუკუნის მოღვაწე. 1812 წლიდან, როგორც საგარეო საქმეთა კოლეგიის მდივანი, ხელმძღვანელობდა მოლაპარაკებას პატარა ლიახვისა და მეჯუდის ხეობაში მცხოვრები ოსების გაქრისტიანების გამო; მონაწილეობდა თურქების წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლაში ახალციხესთან (1810) და რუსეთ-ირანის ომში (1827). 1828 წელს იყო კოლეგიის მრჩეველი.
