The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

XVIII საუკუნის II ნახევრის ქართლ-კახეთის სამეფოს პოლიტიკური მოღვაწე. 1752 წელს ერეკლე II-მ ელჩად გაგზავნა ყაბარდოში სამხედრო დახმარების მიღების მიზნით. მაჩაბელის ელჩობის შედეგად ერეკლეს 1500 მებრძოლი გამოუგზავნეს. ამ რაზმთან ერთად ქართველებმა ყაზახ-შამშადილუს საზღვარზე განჯისა და შაქის სახანოთა ჯარი დაამარცხეს.
