The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

1923-1928წწ. თბილისის საქალაქო საბჭოს აღმასკომის თავმჯდომარე; რევოლუციური მოძრაობის მონაწილე; საქართველოში საბჭოთა ხელისუფლების დამყარების (1921) შემდეგ მუშაობდა სხვადასხვა პარტიულ და სახელმწიფო თანამდებობაზე: 1930 საქ. კპ (ბ) ცკ-ის პირველ მდივნად, 1931 წელს - სახკომსაბჭოს თავმჯდომარედ; იყო საქართველოს სსრ ცაკის, ასფსრ ცაკისა და სსრკ ცაკის წევრი; რეპრესირებულია, სიკვდილის შემდეგ რეაბილიტირებულია.
