Biography

დაამთავრა მოსკოვის ბაუმანის სახელობის უმაღლესი ტექნიკური სასწავლებელი 1931 წელს.

1935-1937წწ. იყო სამხედრო წარმომადგენელი იტალიაში. 1937-1975წწ. მუშაობდა სხვადასხვა საპასუხისმგებლო თანამდებობაზე გემთმშენებლობის დარგში. ქართველი საბჭოთა ინჟინერ-პოლკოვნიკი, ფილიპე მახარაძის შვილი.
