The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

მღვდელმთავარი XII საუკუნის I მეოთხედის საქართველოში. ფეოდალური არისტოკრატიის ინტერესების აქტიური გამომხატველი. აბულეთისძე დავით აღმაშენებლის საეკლესიო პოლიტიკის წინააღმდეგი იყო. მიიტაცა საეკლესიო ქონება. თავის ძმა ძაგან აბულეთისძესთან ერთად იბრძოდა მეფის ცენტრალისტური პოლიტიკის წინააღმდეგ, მაგრამ დამარცხდა და მღვდელმთავრობიდან გადააყენეს.
