The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის აღმოსავლეთმცოდნეობის ფაკულტეტი 1971 წელს.

1972-1992წწ. ეწეოდა სამეცნიერო-კვლევით საქმიანობას; 1992-1995წწ. საქართველოს მე-3 მოწვევის პარლამენტის დეპუტატი: არჩეული პროპორციული წესით N8 მრავალმანდატიანი საარჩევნო ოლქი, ბლოკი "მშვიდობა", ფრაქცია "კონსერვატორები"-ს თავმჯდომარე.
