The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

რუსეთის იმპერიის არმიის გენერალ-მაიორი (1882), გენერალ–მაიორის ზ. იოსელიანის შვილი; ყირიმის (1853–1856) და რუსეთ-ოსმალეთის (1877-1878) ომების მონაწილე. 1878 წლიდან პოლკოვნიკი. 1859-1882წწ. მსახურობდა აღმოსავლეთ ციმბირის გენერალ-გუბერნატორთან განსაკუთრებულ დავალებათა მიმართულებით. 1882 წელს სამსახურიდან გადადგა.
