დაამთავრა ქუთაისის სახელმწიფო პედაგოგიური ინსტიტუტის ისტორია-ფილოლოგიის ფაკულტეტი.

ეწეოდა პედაგოგიურ მოღვაწეობას; 1992-1995წწ. საქართველოს მე-3 მოწვევის პარლამენტის წევრი, საარჩევნო ფორმა: მაჟორიტარული, მაჟორიტარი №6.44 ამბროლაურის ერთმანდატიანი საარჩევნო ოლქიდან.
