The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

მარაბდის ბრძოლაში (ქართლ-კახეთის ლაშქრის ბრძოლა ყიზილბაშ დაპყრობთა წინააღმდეგ 1625 წლის 1 ივლისს) გმირულად დაღუპული მებრძოლები. გადმოცემით დაკრძალული არიან იქვე, სოფელ ძველი მარაბდის განაპირას, წმინდა მარინეს ეკლესიის მახლობლად. ცხრა ძმა ხერხეულიძის მამაცური თავდადების ამბავი ფართოდ არის ასახული ქართულ ზეპირსიტყვიერებაში.
