The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა თბილისის ფიზკულტურის ინსტიტუტი 1966 წელს.

სწავლის პერიოდში გატაცებული იყო ქართული ჭიდაობით; ინსტიტუტის დამთავრების შემდეგ დაბრუნდა თავის მშობლიურ მესტიის რაიონში და მუშაობა დაიწყო ხაიშის საშუალო სკოლაში, სადაც აღზარდა და გზა გაუკაფა არაერთ სპორტსმენს.
