The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაბადების ადგილი: ქ. გორი.

დაამთავრა გორის პედაგოგიური ინსტიტუტის გეოგრაფიის ფაკულტეტი.

მუშაობდა პედაგოგად. 1963 წელს მუშაობა დაიწყო ქ. გორის N3 ბაგა-ბაღში აღმზრდელ-მასწავლებლად, მოგვიანებით კი, ამავე ბაგა-ბაღის გამგედ დაინიშნა და თითქმის 30 წელი იმუშავა აღნიშნულ პოზიციაზე. N3 საბავშვო ბაგა-ბაღი ერთ-ერთი გამორჩეული და დასაჩვენებელი ბაღი იყო გორში, რაშიც ციალა ნინოშვილის დამსახურება უდაოდ დიდი იყო.
