The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

დაბადების ადგილი: ქ. თბილისი.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის ფილოლოგიის ფაკულტეტი 1946 წელს.

იკვლევდა უახლესი ქართული ლიტერატურის ისტორიას და ქართული პოეზიის აქტუალურ პრობლემებს. მისი ძირითადი ნაშრომებია: "გიორგი ლეონიძე"(1959), "თანამედროვეობა და პოეზია" (1965), "თანამედროვე ქართული პოეზია" (1977) და სხვ. ფილოლოგიურ მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი (1973).
