The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა ყაზანის უნივერსიტეტის იურიდიული ფაკულტეტი 1978 წელს.

1978-1985წწ. იყო კომკავშირულ სამუშაოზე; 1985-1989წწ. საერთაშორისო ახალგაზრდობის ბიურო "სპუტნიკის" თავმჯდომარე; 1989-1997წწ. საქართველოს უცხოეთთან მეგობრობისა და კულტურული საზოგადოების სტრუქტურის ფირმა "ჰორიზონტის" დირექტორი; 1997 წლიდან იყო ჩხოროწყუს რაიონის გამგეობის თავმჯდომარე.
