დაამთავრა სასოფლო–სამეურნეო ტექნიკუმი 1931 წელს; თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის ბიოლოგიის ფაკულტეტი 1941 წელს; გორის პედაგოგიური ინსტიტუტის გეოგრაფიის ფაკულტეტი 1951 წელს.

მუშაობდა ქ. გორის XI საშუალო სკოლაში გეოგრაფიის მასწავლებლად. მიღებული აქვს სახელმწიფო ჯილდოები.
