The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

გრიგოლ აბუსერიძე იყო XI საუკუნის შუა წლების საქართველოს პოლიტიკური მოღვაწე, აბუსერ აბუსერისძის შვილი. არტანუჯისა და ხიხათ (აჭარის) ერისთავთერისთავი. 1046 წელს მონაწილეობდა ღრტილის კრებაში. იყო ბაგრატ IV-ის მოკავშირე ლიპარიტ ბაღვაშთან ბრძოლაში. სამცხეში არყისციხესთან მომხდარ შეტაკებაში ტყვედ ჩაიგდო ლიპარიტმა და არტანუჯი ჩამოართვა. ამის შემდეგ პოლიტიკურ ასპარეზზე აღარ ჩანს.
