The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

Biography

დაბადების ადგილი: სოფელი იგოითი, ოზურგეთის მაზრა.

კიევის სასულიერო აკადემიის დამთავრების შემდეგ, 1861 წელს დაინიშნა ქუთაისის სასულიერო სასწავლებლის ზედამხედველად, სადაც 13 წლის განმავლობაში მუშაობდა. იყო ავტორი რიგი პუბლიცისტური სტატიებისა და პოლემიკური წერილებისა ("დროება“, "მნათობი", "კრებული").
