The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა პარიზის Pantheon-Assas-ის უნივერსიტეტი ევროკავშირის სამართლის სპეციალობით.

მუშაობდა საფრანგეთში, ერთ-ერთ კერძო ადვოკატურაში, შემდეგ-იურისტად ფირმა "სენსონში". 2006-2008წწ. მუშაობდა სახალხო დამცველის მრჩევლად; 2008-2009წწ. სახალხო დამცველის აპარატის გამოძიებისა და მონიტორინგის დეპარტამენტის უფროსად; 2008-2013წწ. იყო ამავე უწყების პრევენციისა და მონიროტინგის დეპარტამენტის უფროსი.
