The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

დაამთავრა სანქტ-პეტერბურგის კონსერვატორია 1885 წელს (სავიოლინო), 1889 წელს (საკომპოზიციო).

1887-1889წწ. იყო პეტერბურგის კონსერვატორიის ვიოლინოს პედაგოგი, 1889-1893წწ. ვარშავის თეატრის მეორე კაპელმაისტერი; მის მიერ ვიოლონჩელოსა და ფორტეპიანოსათვის გადატანილია პ. ჩაიკოვსკის "შემოდგომის სიმღერა" (თზულება 37, N 11); გაორკესტრებულია მ. მუსორგსკის "სურათები გამოფენიდან"; რუსეთში მოღვაწე ქართველი მევიოლინე.
