The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაამთავრა თბილსის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი 1974 წელს.

1993–1997წწ. იყო სამეცნიერო კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის "მიონის" დირექტორი; 1997 წლიდან ამავე ინსტიტუტის უფლებამონაცვლე თბილისის ე. ტ. ი–ის დირექტორი. ავტორია სამეცნიერო შრომების ზემაღალისიხშირული ელექტრონიკის, კავშირგაბმულობის სისტემებისა და სამედიცინო ელექტრონული ტექნიკის დარგში. ფიზიკის მეცნიერებათა კანდიდატი.
