დაბადების ადგილი: სოფელი ხურვალეთი, გორის რაიონი.

სწავლობდა მ. თოიძის სამხატვრო სკოლაში.

ასწავლიდა ხატვას თბილისის პირველ საშუალო სკოლაში; მოგვიანებით მხატვრად მუშაობდა სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტში, პარალელურად საქართველოს სახელმწიფო მუზეუმში იღებდა ძველი ხელნაწერების ასლებს.
