Biography

ვახტანგ ბატონიშვილი(ბაგრატიონი) იყო იმერეთის მეფის დავით II-ის შვილიშვილი, აქტიურად მონაწილეობდა 1819–1820 წლების იმერეთის აჯანყებაში. აჯანყების დამარცხების შემდეგ ახალციხის საფაშოში გაიქცა. 1835 წელს ვახტანგ ბატონიშვილი კონსტანტინოპოლში იყო, იქიდან თავის ძმასთან – ტარიელთან ერთად პარიზში წავიდა, ურთიერთობა ჰქონდა მარი ბროსესთან.
