The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

დაბადების ადგილი: სოფელი ხიდისთავი, ჩოხატაურის რაიონი.

დაამთავრა თბილისის სამხატვრო აკადემია 1943 წელს.

1949 წლიდან იყო ჟურნალ "პიონერის" მხატვარ-რედაქტორი. გააფორმა 60-ზე მეტი წიგნი (ი. გოგებაშვილის "მოთხრობები", წ. 1. 1950; წ. II, 1951; გ. აბაშიძის "ხუთი გმირი", 1950; მ. ლებანიძის "საბავშო ლექსები", 1952; გ. შატბერაშვილის "სათაფლია", 1956; ჯ. ლონდონის "ოქროს ხეობა", 1967 და სხვა). გრაფიკოსი.
