The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

Biography

კახეთის სამეფოს სახლთუხუცესი XVII საუკუნის 40-იან წლებში. თეიმურაზ I ერთგული თანამებრძოლი. მისი რჩევით თეიმურაზმა 1648 წელს თავისი ჯარის ნაწილი ბიძინა ჩოლოყაშვილის მეთაურობით ერწოს დასარბევად გაგზავნა. ამის შედეგად დასუსტებული თეიმურაზის ლაშქარი ქარათლის მეფე როსტომმა უღლისთან ბრძოლაში დაამარცხა. ჩოლოყაშვილი გმირულად დაიღუპა ამ ბრძოლაში.
