დაბადების ადგილი: სოფელი როდინოული, ახლანდელი ზესტაფონის რაიონი.

დაამთავრა ბორჯომის სატყეო ტექნიკუმი 1936 წელს.

1937 წელს მოხალისედ წავიდა წითელ არმიაში და მოსკოვის ქვეითთა სამხედრო სასწავლებელში ჩაირიცხა. 1939-1940 წლებში მონაწილეობდა სსრკ - ფინეთის ომში. დიდი სამამულო ომის დროს 1941-1945 წლებში მდინარე დნეპრის გადალახვისას, ჩუბინიძის ბატალიონმა მოიგერია მოწინააღმდეგის 5 კონტრიერიში. უფროსი ლეიტენანტი.
