The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

ქართლის მეფე IV ს-ის დასაწყისში. "მოქცევაი ქართლისაი"-ის მიხედვით, ქართლის გამაქრისტიანებელი მეფის მირიან III-ის მამა. ამ წყაროში იგი შეცედომით მოხსენიებულია როგორც "ლევი", რასაც მკვლევარები ასწორებენ "რევად". ასეთი შესწორების სასარგებლოდ ლაპარაკობს ის, რომ მირიან მეფის ძესაც რევი ერქვა (ალბათ პაპის სახელი).
