დაბადების ადგილი: სოფელი მუხურა, ტყიბულის რაიონი.

დაამთავრა ჩრდილო ოსეთის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის ისტორიის ფაკულტეტი 1971 წელს.

1958-1962წწ. მუშაობდა სამეურნეო თანამდებობებზე. საქართველოს პარლამენტში ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის კომისიის, ეკონომიკურ საკითხთა კომისიის წევრი (1992-1995).
