The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

1963-1992წწ. ეწეოდა პარტიულ და სამეურნეო საქმიანობას; 1994-1996წწ. ახმეტის რაიონის გამგებელი. საქართველოს პარლამენტის წევრი, მაჟორიტარი, N3,18 ერთმანდატიანი საარჩევნო ოლქი, საქართველოს დემოკრატიული პარტია (1992-1995).
