The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

სსრკ ჩემპიონი (1980) და მესამე პრიზიორი (1979), სსრკ თასის სამგზის მფლობელი (1978, 1979, 1980), ევროპის იუნიორთა ჩემპიონატის მეორე პრიზიორი (1978), საერთაშორისო კლასის სპორტის ოსტატი. დაიღუპა მსოფლიო უნივერსიადაზე (ედმონტონი, კანადა) 10-მეტრიანი კოშკურიდან შესრულებული ნახტომით მიღებული ტრავმით. 1983 წელს, გარდაცვალების შემდეგ დაჯილდოვდა ოლიმპიური ორდენით. სპორტის სახეობა: წყალში ხტომა.
