The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

1950 წლიდან იყო ინსტრუქტორი ალპინიზმში და მუშაობდა ქ. ქუთაისში; მონაწილეობა მიიღო არაერთ ასვლაში და აღზარდა ახალგაზრდა ალპინისტთა მთელი თაობა, რომლებმაც წარმატებით იასპარეზეს მსოფლიოს უმაღლესი მწვერვალების დაპყრობაში.
