The author of the article elaborates the new philosophical conception – love towards the life as a basis of all human activities. The author draws a parallel between the aforesaid conception and philosophy of life as well as reverence for life and establishes the originality of her own conception, in which she discusses the practical aspects of the politology, and tries to consolidate the humane principle in it. She represents "philomenology" as a genetical innate aspiration of a person, which divulges from the beginning of life as a necessary principle of a creator force between the own creation and the external world, the powerful force as a means of human will and the generous aspiration of life. Love of the life is stimulating force of the supreme humane intentions the supreme values and the whole public culture.
