The Zoogeographical Review of the Caucasus Bumble-Bees Fauna (Hymenoptera, Bombinae)

The investigation revealed the wide variety of the Caucasus bumble-bees fauna. It consists of elements of different faunistic origin.

The great majority of them are endemic and sub-endemic species (50%). The second place have Palearctic species - 27,1%. Comparatively, the European elements (8,3%) and Eastern European -Kasakh faunistic elements (10,4%) are presented in a small number. A number of species belong to Mediteranean species - 10%. The mount Central Asian faunistic species - 2,1%.
