The following scientific work is dedicated to review the futurological part of the new geopolitical conception that is called "The Caucasian Geostarata". The main goal of the given conception is to define the new role of the South Caucasus region in the 21^st century within the framework of the geopolitical order that is in the process of formation with its shape and contents will have a distinguish feature in comparison with the geopolitical system, that exists in the 21^st century.
