In clause the forms of interaction of the ethnos and diaspora are analyzed. The authors call for a recognition of diaspora as an ergonomic system and act for support and strengthening of connections of the ethnos with diaspora at a state level, that could be shown in creation of the institutes of a constant interaction of ethnos and basic diaspora, development of the perspective program of lobbying of ethnic parities in global information space, and also in study of diaspora as models of functioning of ethnos in the foreign cultural environment.
