The article presents the results of the investigation of a person's emotional portrait according to his "time", i.e. the person's idea about his "time". It was revealed, that the positive emotions are more connected with a person's orientation to the future and the negatives-to the past. The investigations were carried out using the author's "Past-Present-Future" and M. Lusher's eight-colored methods.

It showed that the graphic methods "Past-Present-Future" offered by the author is valid for the research of a person's psychological time. The investigation is based on the choice from 211 people of different sex, age and level of education.
