The paper offers to the problem of the classification of the declination system in New Greek Language. There's given a small characteristic of all classifications that exist in modern scientific literature, including accepted classification given by M. Triandafilidis and other alternative systems as well. According to our opinion, the most trustworthy declination system is given by R. Gordeziani, I. Darchia and S. Shamanidi in their work "Ancient and Modern Greek (Comparative grammar)", published in 2001 that is approved with conformable statements given in the paper.
