The unproved decisions between departmental commissions existing near regional administrations of Tbilisi are discussed, which are on adding and building up a superstructure and often causes a conflict of residents. Demands of town building are enumerated, which should be taken into consideration during building up the historical quarters.
The ways of keeping of architectural iheritage are formulated: formation of fund of reabilitation of historical part of Tbilisi, inclusion of private investors (firms) into the building process of houses, damaged by the earthquake – by considering privileged terms of payment, taking a solid credit from the World Bank by government, for carrying out works of restoration and for strengthening living and social buildings.
The main task is given – fight against corruption, existence of it causes financial expenses during carrying out project-building works.
Obligation of the society is marked: to make an active influence on the government structures, in order to carry out works of restoration and strengthening of buildings, damaged by the earthquake, for saving unique architectural iheritage and for improving living conditions of the society.
