The Russian IV State Duma and Transformation of Georgian Political Parties in 1912-1917

In the present article are studded the views of Georgian Political Parties and Courses (Social-Democratic, Social-Federalists, National-Democratic) on the background of the existence of the Russian IV State Duma in 1912-1917.

The common tend: "Turning of the Rights into the Lefts" and "The Lefts into the Rights" is given concerning the State Duma.
