In ours epoch the new resources of development of mankind are more and more obviously designated which make a basis of strategy “spiritual ways of development”. The theoretical and practical preconditions of the decision of a problem of saving of balance in system “ecological environment - man - space” we offer to consider on an example of the Caucasus. Author gives the way for concrete realization of this model.
